Description

Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking a creative designer to join our energetic team and bring a fresh and modern approach to our work.

Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

  • Generate innovative ideas and make unique, creative work for print and digital media
  • Translate creative concepts to marketing and advertising assets, web and social graphics and collateral materials
  • Collaborate with our internal design team and account leads to ensure deliverables meet and exceed client expectations
  • Maintain quality of design and implement edits and creative adjustments
  • Work with vendors and ensure effective production and execution of projects/initiatives
  • Stay current on social, design and digital trends

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated individual with qualifications that include:

  • 3-5 years of design experience
  • Agency experience is highly preferred
  • Creative portfolio showcasing a fresh and inventive style
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for typography, photography, branding and advertising
  • Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and other industry tools
  • Animation, multimedia, and editing skills are a huge plus
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Personable, proactive and professional demeanor
  • Applicants must be located or willing to move to the Chicagoland area.
