We have executed six large-scale advertising campaigns for the CountyCare Medicaid managed care plan. The campaigns elevated and modernized the brand, reaching new audiences without losing touch with the communities the plan was built to serve.

We helped successfully retain current members and attract new members by using unique strategies that were grounded in focus group research.
CountyCare marketing today continues to be research-driven, reliable and reactive to industry trends. We have increasingly introduced new, more effective ways to reach diverse target audiences and grow the plan, especially among adults aged 20-40 and parents.

Our campaign strategy positioned the CountyCare brand in line with meeting member needs throughout their health journey. That helped our client enhance their position as industry leaders and grow enrollment by 183.3% between 2016 and 2021.
